Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support scaling development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster a dynamic work environment while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and facilitate their career development
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while conducting code reviews and providing technical feedback

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
