Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while overseeing technical and operational best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, especially in fan and rightsholder experiences
• Familiarity with the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
