Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage the technical vision for support tools, enhance fan experiences, and optimize workflows in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to deliver high-quality support tools
• Own the technical direction and rapidly iterate on tools that improve fan support experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and product strategies with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
• Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
• Familiarity with technology stacks including Python, Go, and AWS
