Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth while working remotely or in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring operational and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular performance feedback and support career development for direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Preference for candidates located in the eastern time zone, particularly in the New York City area
