Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end product functionality while guiding technical execution and fostering team growth in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by ensuring effective technical discussions, risk management, and adherence to standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into actionable engineering plans and manage cross-functional delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams in delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background for guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
