Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide the team in improving engineering best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers, overseeing both backend and frontend development across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements, including prioritization and planning cycles
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members while fostering an inclusive and empowering environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Go, and cloud services like AWS is preferred
