Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, the full-time position will oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, focusing on product enhancements and operational best practices while fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
