Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while providing technical guidance and career development support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design, develop, and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide team improvements in operational and engineering best practices while providing regular feedback and support for career growth

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
