• Manage and mentor a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support workflows
• Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer support experiences
• Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
• Familiarity with technology stacks including Python, Go, and AWS
