Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development while ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable product functionalities in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes and guide architectural decisions to ensure systems are scalable and maintainable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage dependencies across teams

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
• Experience building or operating complex, customer-facing web applications
