Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements, prioritizing planning cycles
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and industry knowledge
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Understanding of product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
