Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide the team in improving engineering best practices, all while fostering an inclusive environment and participating in recruitment efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and facilitate collaboration with Product for product enhancements
• Provide regular performance feedback, conduct one-on-ones, and support career development for team members
• Perform code reviews and communicate technical decisions while resolving issues and collaborating with other leaders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
