Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while providing career development support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products
• Understanding of collaboration between cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
