Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a remote team of software engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative digital learning platforms for K12 education, applying Agile methodologies to enhance product delivery and user engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage software development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise software solutions
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define user stories and prioritize product backlogs for timely releases
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements and strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in technology strategy and innovation
- Strong background in modernizing architectures and implementing cloud-native solutions, particularly with AWS
- Proven experience in building and leading global teams across various time zones
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and emerging technologies
