Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve operational practices while fostering an inclusive environment, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering best practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with sports technology is preferred but not required
