Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product to enhance product offerings, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work with Product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages career growth and provides regular feedback to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience in product-minded engineering, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with sports technology is preferred but not required
