Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will define and optimize support tools and workflows, enhancing fan experiences through AI-driven solutions in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to enhance support tools and workflows
• Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
• Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to align the team's direction with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering impactful customer support software, preferably in a marketplace environment
• Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, AWS, and customer support tools
