Job Summary

To support the growth of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, focusing on product development and enhancements
• Provide career development support and regular performance feedback to team members
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leaders to communicate technical decisions and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners
