Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and improve operational practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work with product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering best practices and provide career development support to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
