Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of engineering operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an empowering environment for engineers while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers and guide them in improving operational and engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular performance feedback and support career development for direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of technology industry best practices
• Experience with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
