Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing development operation, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide regular performance feedback
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages career growth and tackles complex engineering challenges

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Product-minded engineering experience across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Experience in both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
