Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements, prioritizing and planning cycles
• Provide performance feedback, support career development, and play an active role in recruiting efforts

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and industry knowledge for tooling decisions
• Product-minded engineering experience with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
