Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support workflows
• Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's support tools and ensure high operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer support experiences
• Experience with customer support tools and workflows in a marketplace product organization
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
