Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment that encourages career growth while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design, develop, and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support to direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, especially in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
