Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences through AI-driven solutions in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to build and optimize support tools
• Define and own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and integrations
• Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to align the support experience with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer support experiences
• Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
