Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing development operation, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product to enhance offerings for fans and enterprise customers, and guide the team in improving operational best practices, all while working remotely or in a flexible office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, fostering an inclusive and empowering environment
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements that deliver value to customers
• Conduct performance feedback sessions and career development support for direct reports while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
