Job Summary

To lead a dynamic team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee two groups of engineers focused on building shared services for seamless user experiences, driving product and architecture decisions, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring alignment on goals and fostering professional growth
• Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions while collaborating with product and design counterparts
• Build relationships across teams to enhance the integration of foundational services within all products

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
• Strong background in software architecture and feature development
• Experience with modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and observability
• Ability to facilitate planning exercises and document technical decisions
• Familiarity with mentoring engineers and conducting effective feedback conversations
