Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide the team in improving operational best practices, all while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design, prioritize, and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
