Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment for career growth while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to design, develop, and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, engineering, and leadership teams
