Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of engineers in developing product enhancements and improving operational practices, while fostering an inclusive environment and participating in recruitment efforts, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, overseeing product design and development
• Provide regular performance feedback and career development support to team members
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to resolve issues and communicate technical decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, ideally in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
