Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of engineers across multiple platforms to improve best practices
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback and support career development for direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong technical foundation to guide and support the engineering team
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with the technology industry and decision-making in tooling and frameworks
