Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams to enhance user experiences, and foster an inclusive environment while guiding best engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and support the career development of team members through regular performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong understanding of product development, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work in the eastern time zone, with preference for candidates in the New York City area
