Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms and provide career development support
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct code reviews and communicate technical decisions, resolving issues while fostering an inclusive team environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering across native mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
