Job Summary

Empowering engineering teams, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve operational practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in operational best practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product development spanning native mobile, web, and backend systems
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
