Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective development practices
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide regular feedback and career development support to team members while fostering an inclusive work environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Ability to lead collaboration across cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
