Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and value for customers
• Guide team improvements in operational and engineering best practices while conducting performance feedback and career development support
• Collaborate with product, design, and other leaders to communicate technical decisions and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners
