Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences through AI and automation, while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to build and optimize support tools
• Own the technical vision for core support tools and maintain operational excellence across the platform
• Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to align the team's roadmap with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
• Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
