Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, focusing on product enhancements and operational best practices while working remotely or in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and development practices
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Participate in the recruiting process and provide career development support to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong coding background
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Knowledge of the technology industry to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
