Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of engineering operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and drive best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and development
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
