Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with product teams to design, prioritize, and develop product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular feedback to team members while improving operational best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
