Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while providing technical guidance and career development support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across backend and frontend platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while conducting performance feedback and career development sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
