Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support scaling development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements that deliver value to customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in mobile, web, and backend systems
• Preferred experience in the sports technology industry, though not required
