Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will oversee sprint planning, coach team members, and collaborate closely with Product to drive high-quality delivery of AI/ML integrated systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery accountability across engineering teams
• Coach engineers on craft and growth through direct feedback and support
• Act as the primary engineering voice in planning and roadmap discussions with Product

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of timely, high-quality delivery
• Experience managing engineers on production AI/ML or LLM-integrated systems
• Strong prioritization skills and comfort in making decisions with incomplete information
• Ability to build productive relationships with Product counterparts
• Technical depth to understand team projects and identify issues effectively
