Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to oversee a team of cross-functional engineers, focusing on product enhancements and operational best practices while fostering an inclusive environment, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Collaborate with Product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct performance reviews, provide career development support, and actively participate in the recruiting process to grow the engineering team

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
