Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide the team in improving operational best practices, all while fostering an inclusive and empowering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback while supporting career development for team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation to guide the team in making tooling and framework decisions
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
