Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while providing technical guidance and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices and conduct regular performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering across native mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
