Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Empowering engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will drive initiatives to enhance team performance and organizational growth while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineering-wide initiatives to improve team performance and support proactive engineers
• Own track-level ceremonies and maintain team autonomy in execution
• Partner closely with Product Managers to deliver user experiences that are intuitive and reliable

Required qualifications

• 3+ years managing engineering teams in a product company
• Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives
• Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
