Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Empowering a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive initiatives that enhance performance and collaboration while overseeing track-level ceremonies and supporting product development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineering-wide initiatives to improve team performance and organizational growth
• Support proactive engineers and create an environment for innovative ideas to flourish
• Partner closely with Product Managers to ensure the delivery of intuitive and reliable user experiences

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a product company
• Experience in building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives
• Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks
• Strong decision-making skills based on logic, research, and data
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
