Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to team members while fostering an inclusive environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in fan and rightsholder experiences
• Understanding of cross-functional collaboration in product, design, and engineering contexts
