Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Empowering a team of cross-functional engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee product enhancements and operational best practices while fostering an inclusive environment and actively participating in recruitment efforts, all within a remote or flexible work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of engineers across multiple platforms to improve product development
• Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct performance feedback sessions and support career development for direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with the sports technology industry is preferred but not mandatory
